Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter Interns to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.).
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
