Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing industrial automation business. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits coordination, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner. The role also involves supporting workforce planning, conducting training needs assessments, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and contributing to organizational culture-building.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Faridabad, with a combination of in office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes, with experience in sourcing candidates for technical and operational roles.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace policies, with the ability to implement fair and consistent procedures.
- Experience in performance management, including goal-setting, appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to design and support training, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities in a growing company.
- Comfort with HR software and MS Office tools; experience with HRIS or similar systems is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or HR certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with on-site and remote team members.
