We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal meetings.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents under supervision.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain professional communication.




- Support daily HR operations and other administrative activities as required.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information responsibly.
- Proactive approach with good time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduate pursuing or completed their degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Indore.
