Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Delhi, and prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment is required. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and attendance and payroll-related support. The role involves handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented consistently.

The HR Executive will collaborate with departmental leaders to address staffing needs, support learning and development initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture tailored to the demands of digital marketing teams.



The position also includes maintaining compliance with labor regulations and assisting in HR reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with demonstrated ability to handle core HR functions in a dynamic setting.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Expertise in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote an engaged, respectful work culture.
- Working knowledge of HR Policies and regulatory compliance, including drafting, updating, and implementing policies aligned with local labor laws.
- Mandatory prior experience working in or closely with a digital marketing agency, understanding agency workflows and role structures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
