Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Executive role for freshers based in Pune City. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new team members. The role will involve helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement activities, and addressing basic employee queries in alignment with company guidelines.





The HR Executive will also assist in preparing HR-related documentation and reports, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a structured environment, working closely with senior HR and management professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
