About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive HR Marketing Intern to strengthen our employer brand, manage employer-side social media communication, and drive innovative employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. The role will work at the intersection of HR, Marketing, and Culture to enhance the employee experience and position Ambak as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

- Employer Branding & Social Media: Manage and create content for employer-focused social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to showcase Ambak's culture, people, achievements, and workplace initiatives.
- Employee Communication: Develop engaging internal communication around company updates, employee milestones, celebrations, initiatives, and organizational announcements.
- Innovative Organizational Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute creative initiatives across the organization to strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and team collaboration.
- Content Creation: Create compelling posts, employee stories,



visual content, and campaigns that reflect the company's culture and employer value proposition.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, cultural events, and organization-wide campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, and business teams to identify stories, celebrate achievements, and build a consistent employer brand.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in employer branding, HR marketing, internal communications, social media management, or a related field.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for engaging storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative initiatives.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content creation from an employer branding perspective.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Candidates from reputed colleges with a strong creative portfolio or demonstrated initiative will be preferred.
