Quick Rank Media is a digital marketing agency delivering content, outreach and SEO campaigns for clients across the US and UK. We're hiring a remote Project Manager to own delivery end to end.

What you'll do

Run client campaigns from brief to delivery — scoping, scheduling, and keeping writers, editors and outreach staff on track

Be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients: status updates, timelines, scope changes

Build and maintain the delivery pipeline in our PM toool

Catch slipping deadlines before the client does

Report weekly on throughput, blockers and margin per account

What you need?

Must Have - PMAI: Project Management Artificial Intelligence Certification From Neural Project Institute (we will ask you to add the certificate link during the application)

No experience required (we will train first)

Fluent written English — you'll be client-facing in writing every day

Four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time

Reliable internet and a quiet working setup

Fully remote, permanent position
