Job Scope This position shall be a convergence point and all departments' representatives /leads at Noida shall report into this position administratively. For e.g., Regional Leaders like Facility Operations Lead, Facility Projects Lead-MEP, Facility Projects Lead - Core and Shell, Admin Lead, Safety Lead, Security Lead, IT Shift Lead (if any), IT L3's (if any), Procurement & Asset Management shall administratively report into this role. These leads shall in parallel functionally report to their respective HODs at their HQ.

Total /Relevant Experience Should have experience of 15-18 years and above in Data Centre industry only.

Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive plans for the establishment and future expansion of the data center to align with present and future requirements.
- Oversee and implement all activities related to data center planning, analysis, and execution.
- Ensure the physical safety and security of the data center, safeguarding against unauthorized access and environmental risks.
- Maintain effective coordination with headquarters, facilitating the implementation of activities, rules, and practices as required.
- Supervise both proactive and reactive maintenance procedures for the data center, encompassing IT and non-IT components, in line with company protocols.
- Propose performance enhancement measures to optimize the efficiency of the data center site.
- Foster a harmonious work workplace, promoting collaboration and cooperation among all on-site teams.
- Direct the design and evaluation of server systems, aligning them with performance metrics and conducting research for advanced data center solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to established guidelines and management practices for all employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to seamlessly integrate critical systems into the data center's infrastructure.




- Coordinate with IT, enhancement, and business teams to formulate strategies that guarantee the achievement of data center capacity goals.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between operations and project teams at the data center site.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver superior customer service to multiple departments, managing customer relationships, Data Center Operations SLAs, and project deliverables.
- Cultivate expertise in all business procedures related to assets and capacity management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all applications and their utilization within various critical systems.
- Develop opportunities to enhance cross-team effectiveness, removing organizational obstacles to promote teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional service delivery.
- Drive improvement projects, collaborating with support teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
- Monitor functional resources necessary for growth, ensuring their optimal functionality.
- Ensure overall compliance with rules and regulations governing data center operations.
- Attend to customer service assurance activities, including hosting potential and existing customer visits to the data center, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer happiness.
- Attend to roles and responsibilities that extend beyond the functional aspects of the position.




- Uphold comprehensive documentation and diagrams that capture all essential parameters of data center operations, as required by customers.
- Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (e.g. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/ITSM/BCMS/EnMS etc.).
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute to achieving departmental & management system objectives.
- Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Qualifications Criteria Must have prior demonstrable experience in delivering large initiatives through cross functional collaboration.
