Role & responsibilities

Should be well versed to work on Canva

Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials including but not limited to:

Logos

Marketing collateral

Social media graphics

Website layouts and UI elements

News Letters

Digital advertisements

Translate design briefs and project requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business goals and user needs.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.





Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role for 7 to 10 years , with a solid portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant design software.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.

Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is desirable.
