Role Description The Graphic Designer at Kreelab will create visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media content, websites, and branding projects that align with clients’ marketing goals. This full-time, on-site role in Kanpur involves designing logos, brand identities, marketing collaterals, and ad creatives, while ensuring consistent visual language across platforms.

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to translate briefs into clear,



engaging designs and iterate based on feedback and performance data. Daily tasks include preparing design assets, refining typography and layout, maintaining design files and brand guidelines, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print applications.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout to create clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into effective visual assets for campaigns and social media.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced team setting in Kanpur.
- Preferred: Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; experience in digital marketing or agency settings is a plus.
