Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at NYX. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and digital creative production.

You will create compelling static and animated creatives for advertisements, social media campaigns, product explainers, brand communication, and marketing initiatives while collaborating with our design, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality static creatives, banners, social media posts, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging motion graphics for reels, promotional videos, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Develop product explainers, launch videos, promotional content, and animated advertisements.
- Create typography animations, logo animations, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Develop original design concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Translate creative briefs and storyboards into visually appealing static and animated outputs.
- Collaborate with design, marketing,



and product teams to develop creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour palettes, and visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Maintain organised design files, reusable assets, and production-ready compositions.

Required Skills and Tools

- Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, retouching, compositing, and creative design.
- Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, and brand assets.
- Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics, animation, keyframing, Graph Editor, compositing, and visual effects.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing, sequencing, and sound synchronisation.
- Figma: Layout design, UI assets, design systems, and creative collaboration.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
- Proficiency in animation principles, timing, easing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating static and animated advertisements for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, and AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.

Educational Background Candidates with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication,



Motion Graphics, or a related creative field are preferred.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.

- 3–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion graphics work is mandatory.
- Ability to develop original creative concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
- Experience creating brand assets, digital advertisements, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
