Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, focused on real estate marketing.

The Google Ads

Specialist will plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bid and budget management, and ongoing performance analysis and reporting. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with property launches, promotions, and branding goals, as well as coordinating landing page requirements and tracking implementation. The specialist will continuously test creatives and layouts,



monitor competitor activity, and ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing skills, including Google Ads management, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies for real estate.
- Mandatory : Worked in Real estate company for at least a year.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to support compelling ad creatives and visual assets for campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Layout Design and Page Layout skills to collaborate on effective landing pages and ad formats that improve conversion rates.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools, with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing or performance-based advertising, especially in lead-driven campaigns, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital advertising.
- Ability to work full time from the Bengaluru office, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
