We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead for German langauge Data Annotation to lead a team while actively contributing to the annotation process.

This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities:

- 4 hours hands on reviewing, alignment, rating and annotation
- 6 hours quality assurance, coaching, mentoring

Deliverables:

- Team should meet daily throughput within quality metrics
- Must be capable of leading up to 50 people, taking ownership of team quality, throughput, coaching, and results, working flexible or extended hours (including Saturdays), and thriving in a quick-paced, dynamic environment while driving team performance.

Certification required:

Goethe-Zertifikat C2 (Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom) or an equivalent recognized German-language qualification.
