Compensation: ₹18 LPA (annual CTC) + performance-based incentives

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days a week (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Own Yantra's ₹35 Crore annual sales target end to end across the architect and consultant network, key accounts, channel partners, team leadership, commercials and brand presence. You will lead the existing 2-member sales team and build the function as it grows, while personally driving business development and closing high-value projects.

What You Will Own

- Revenue: deliver ₹2.9-3.0 Cr monthly order booking with 90%+ forecast accuracy and 3-4x pipeline coverage
- Architect and consultant network:



build 100+ active architect relationships and deliver 8-10 presentations per month
- Key accounts: manage 25+ top accounts with 40%+ repeat business and add 20+ new key accounts per year
- Team: lead, mentor and scale the current 2-member sales team; hire and build as the function grows
- Commercials and brand: pricing discipline, negotiation, collections coordination and market presence

Who We Are Looking For
- 10-15 years in B2B project sales or business development in building materials or construction products
- 5+ years leading sales teams, with a track record of owning ₹25-50 Cr of annual business
- Background in fenestration, aluminium windows and doors, facade systems, architectural glass, building materials or luxury interiors
- Solid existing network of architects, builders, contractors and developers in Mumbai
- A hands-on hunter and builder-coach who personally generates leads, negotiates and closes high-value projects
- CRM discipline with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
