Role Description This is a full-time, in office Freelance HR Recruitment role based in Ambattur. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across A2B outlets and corporate functions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The HR Recruitment professional will conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and support hiring managers in timely and effective staffing.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment reports,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role may also support current hire onboarding, basic training coordination, and adherence to company HR policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate suitability and interact with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and basic onboarding skills to support new employees in integrating into the organization.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambattur, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
