About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Controller – Finance & Accounts to lead financial controllership, reporting, compliance and planning for MSM Unify. The role will partner with business leaders to strengthen financial performance, manage budgets and cash flow, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the finance and accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective financial controls.
- Prepare and report profit and loss statements, expense forecasts, capital budgets and cash flow projections.
- Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditure and recommend actions to manage costs and improve profitability.
- Partner with business leaders on financial planning, margin improvement, return on investment and commercial decisions.
- Manage cash flow, receivables, payables and working capital, and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls and financial processes in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory, tax, transfer pricing and internal audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee taxation and regulatory compliance,



ensuring timely filings and adherence to applicable requirements.
- Develop a strong management information system (MIS) to provide timely financial insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, implement corrective actions and drive cross-functional improvements.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounts team, building a disciplined and motivated team.
- Undertake other finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Proven experience in financial controllership, accounting, budgeting, taxation and audit management.
- Experience managing financial reporting, cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with senior leadership and partnering with business teams on financial decisions.
- Experience leading and developing finance teams.
- Exposure to multi-entity or international operations would be an advantage.
