Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and onboard new riders for clients signed with the company.
- Daily attendance, order assignment, and order management from riders to be completed within SLA
- Rider management, current areas expansion, rider allotment, and rider issue handling
- Rider App and process Training




- Rider Payouts and payment issue handling
- Handling Rider escalations
- B2B Order management
- Handling B2B vendors
- Maintaining Riders availability
- Creating and updating Rider Reports
- Fleet team performance management

Requirements:

- Should be a street-smart, adaptable hustler, and always on-the-go attitude.
- Should be ready to work and adapt to different working conditions.
- Experience level - minimum 1 year of fleet management mandatory.
- Salary - Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 38000 (please do not apply if the salary does not match criteria)
- B2B experience added advantage.
- Should be ready to join immediately.
