Role Description The Fecilitator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between internal teams and clients, and help ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities may include organizing and documenting meetings, maintaining records, assisting with training or orientation sessions, and supporting project execution as directed by management. The Fecilitator will also help address routine inquiries, escalate issues when needed,



and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and communication across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to support process improvements and resolve routine issues.
- Relevant experience in office administration, coordination, or facilitation roles is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
