About the Role

Senem RFP is seeking a proactive, technically skilled SEO & Website Optimization Specialist to improve our online visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

The candidate should have a positive understanding of SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and insurance industry terminology. They will continuously improve our existing landing pages, identify new content opportunities, monitor search trends, and implement website updates where possible.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools, analyzing website performance, and working with developers to improve our website's search visibility and generate qualified customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO, GEO & AEO Optimization

- Audit and optimize existing landing pages to improve SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, page content, FAQs, internal links, and structured data.
- Identify opportunities to improve Senem RFP's visibility on Google and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT and other relevant AI search tools.
- Stay updated on changes in search engine algorithms, AI search capabilities, and optimization practices.

2. Keyword Research & Content Strategy

- Research keywords,



customer questions, and search queries related to insurance products, agents, and agencies.
- Analyze search intent, keyword trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly update existing landing pages based on customer needs and search behavior.
- Identify opportunities to create new landing pages, FAQs, and relevant content.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, useful, relevant, and aligned with customer search intent.
- PPC ad placement experience is a plus

3. Insurance Domain Knowledge

- Understand insurance terminology, products, coverage options, agents, agencies, and common customer questions.
- Research insurance-related search trends and identify content opportunities relevant to Senem RFP's business.
- Ensure that insurance-related website content is clear, accurate, and relevant to the intended audience.
- Coordinate with the internal team to validate insurance-related information before publishing when necessary.

4. Technical SEO & Website Management

- Monitor website indexing, crawlability, broken links, canonical tags, backlinks, mobile usability, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
