Role Description

Struwise Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for Civil, Structural, and Mechanical Engineering graduates looking to build a career in structural steel fire protection estimation and engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates and quotations, reviewing engineering drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting tender submissions. Comprehensive training will be provided in our specialist field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare estimates and quotations for structural steel and fire protection projects.
2. Review architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings and perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
3. Prepare technical proposals and tender submissions.
4. Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and project teams.
5. Attend regular meetings with clients and their stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, clarifications, and technical matters.
6. Support project planning and provide technical assistance.
7. Maintain estimation records and project documentation.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 0-2 years of experience in estimation, engineering, or construction-related roles.
3. Fresh graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in engineering and estimation software such as PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams), and other relevant industry software is preferred.
7. Experience with 3D modelling, detailing, and BIM platforms, including Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, SolidWorks, or similar software, will be an added advantage.
