Role Description The Field Executive role at Goolshan Logistics Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Field

Executive will visit warehouse, godown, and industrial property sites to collect accurate information, take photos, and verify listing details for the GLwarehousez marketplace. The role includes meeting owners and occupiers, explaining platform benefits, supporting onboarding of new listings, and coordinating property visits for interested tenants.

Executive will maintain records of site visits, update internal systems, and share regular reports with the operations and sales teams. The position may also involve basic market research,



local networking, and assisting in resolving on-ground issues related to property viewings and transactions.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct on-site visits, verify property details, and accurately document and report findings.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with property owners, occupiers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, or real estate operations, with willingness to learn sector-specific processes.
- Comfort with using smartphones and simple digital tools for data entry, navigation, photography, and communication.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site visits and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to work primarily in the field, including local travel within Delhi and nearby areas as required.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in field operations, delivery, real estate coordination, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
