Role Description The Equity Dealer (Contract) will be responsible for executing equity trades as per approved strategies and instructions, ensuring timely and accurate order placement. Day-to-day activities include monitoring live market movements, managing order books, updating internal systems, and coordinating with portfolio managers and research teams on trade execution plans. The role also involves reconciling trades, tracking positions, and maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal risk management guidelines.

This is a contract position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area,



allowing some work-from-home flexibility while requiring regular on-site presence for market operations and team collaboration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Stock Market and practical Trading experience.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Equities and equity market instruments.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Finance and Investments, including basic portfolio concepts.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail in trade execution.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) and familiarity with SEBI regulations are beneficial.
- Experience with trading platforms, order management systems, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced market workplace, communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, and follow risk and compliance procedures.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is desirable; comparable experience in equity dealing will also be considered.
