We're looking for a Digital Growth & AI Specialist who can turn emerging AI technologies into real, client-ready outcomes.

This isn't a conventional digital marketing or creative role. We're looking for someone who can create, build, optimise and execute.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Video & Creative Production

- Conceptualise and produce AI-generated brand films, advertisements, product videos and social media content.
- Use generative AI platforms such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney or equivalent tools.
- Develop prompts, scripts, visual sequences and storyboards.
- Edit and refine outputs to achieve qualified, brand-consistent production quality.
- Explore new creative techniques to improve execution and turnaround times.

2. SEO, AEO & GEO

- Execute SEO activities including keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimisation and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to indexing, crawlability, site structure and structured data.
- Optimise content for conventional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences.
- Research opportunities for improving brand visibility across Google AI experiences, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs and relevant AI tools.
- Track search performance, organic traffic, conversions and relevant AI visibility indicators.

3. AI Website Development

- Build responsive websites, landing pages and digital experiences using AI-powered development platforms.
- Work with tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Framer, Webflow, Cursor or equivalent solutions.
- Handle website layouts,



functionality, testing and deployment.
- Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, user experience and SEO readiness.
- Collaborate with designers and developers when projects require advanced technical implementation.

4. AI Innovation & Workflow Optimisation

- Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and digital delivery.
- Build repeatable, efficient processes using AI and automation.
- Help the team adopt useful new technologies across client projects.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality content using generative AI.
- Practical knowledge of SEO implementation and an understanding of AEO and GEO.
- Hands-on experience building websites or landing pages with AI-assisted tools.
- Strong creative judgement, technical curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to learn emerging tools independently.
- A portfolio of completed work with clear examples of personal contribution.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar editing software.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or AI-assisted coding.
- Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs or workflow automation.
- Experience in a creative, digital marketing or consulting agency.
