Role Description The Designer will be responsible for creating interior layouts and design concepts for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and hardware solutions, aligned with Swanq’s premium brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients on-site, understanding their requirements, preparing design proposals and 2D/3D drawings, and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and product combinations from the showroom portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with sales, technical, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility, accurate measurements, and smooth project execution.





The Designer will also maintain updated product knowledge, contribute to visual merchandising of the showroom, and support presentations and consultations with prospective clients. This is a full time, on-site role located in Indore.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in interior design, space planning, and concept development for kitchens, wardrobes, and complete interior solutions.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, or similar) to create clear layouts and presentations.
- Ability to select and coordinate materials, finishes, hardware fittings, and appliances in line with premium brand aesthetics and functionality.
- Effective client-facing skills, including requirement gathering, presentation, and consultation, with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and coordination with execution teams for installation and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with showroom staff, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Prior experience in interior design, modular kitchens, furniture design, or hardware-focused projects is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred; portfolio of previous work demonstrating design capability is an advantage.
