Role: Digital Marketing Associate (Website/Digital Experience)

Overview:

We are is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to accelerate ongoing work on our clients website. In this role, you'll manage website updates, improve the user experience, support SEO and analytics, and contribute ideas across digital channels. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious generalist who can get things done, spot opportunities, and keep learning.

Core Responsibilities:

Website Publishing, Maintenance and Troubleshooting

· Publish and update pages, reports, blogs, event pages, and campaign landing pages in WordPress and Elementor

· Check forms, links, downloads, and gated content so clients and visitors can access the right resources.

· Improve page layouts, navigation, and mobile usability in line with brand guidelines.

· Investigate routine website issues and test changes on staging before they go live.

· Document fixes and work with developers or IT on complex technical issues.

Reporting and Analytics

· Use GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to monitor traffic, downloads, and form submissions.

· Help with campaign updates, tracking checks, and practical ideas to improve website engagement and conversions.

SEO and AI Search

- Apply SEO basics such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, redirects, and structured data.
- Use search performance data to spot issues and recommend improvements to help people and AI tools find company content.
- Support technical SEO and GEO work already in progress across site architecture and templates, including crawlable navigation, clean URL structures,



canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and redirect management.
- Structure pages so that search engines and AI-driven answer tools can find, interpret, and cite content accurately. This includes answer-first summaries, logical heading hierarchies, consistent entity naming, clear authorship, and visible publication and update dates.

Success Measures:

- Website updates are delivered on time and follow brand guidelines.
- New content is checked for usability, SEO, and tracking before publication.
- Website issues are investigated or escalated within one business day.
- Performance insights lead to practical improvements across the website and digital marketing.
- Collaborative partnership with stakeholders to ensure new pages meet their requirements in terms of design and functionality, while also optimizing for SEO and digital best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

- Around 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, website management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on WordPress experience; familiarity with Elementor is a solid advantage.
- Working knowledge of SEO and familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge; JavaScript is a plus.
- An eye for design, responsive layouts, and user-friendly content.
- A proactive, organized approach, clear communication, and confidence working across different digital marketing tasks.
- Comfort using AI tools to support content, research, and analysis, while checking accuracy and brand fit.
- Experience with gated content, CRM integrations, or financial services is a plus.
