ComplyDP builds DPDPA compliance software for Indian businesses. Much of it runs inside our customers’ own environments: their cloud tenants, their private networks and their data centres, at banks, NBFCs and regulated financial groups that do not let data leave their control. We need the engineer who installs it there and keeps it running.

What you’ll do

- Install and configure our collector in customer-controlled environments, primarily their Azure subscriptions, as well as Kubernetes clusters, VMs, Windows and Linux servers, and restricted networks
- Work with client cloud, network, database and security teams, and with their outsourced IT and security providers, to get exactly the access needed, and nothing more
- Get our collector approved by a client’s security operations: firewall rule requests, SIEM log forwarding, endpoint protection whitelisting
- Explain to a client’s security team what our software does and what leaves their environment
- Debug deployments you cannot log into, using logs and diagnostics
- Write install guides and runbooks so each deployment is faster than the last
- Write Python, PowerShell or Bash scripts to automate installs, checks and diagnostics
- Travel to client sites in Mumbai and Delhi when a deployment needs it

What you need

- 3 to 6 years deploying or supporting software inside customer infrastructure, in implementation, professional services, deployment, technical consulting or L3 support, often as the only vendor person in the client’s room
- Have deployed into a customer’s Azure tenant: VNets, NSGs, private endpoints,



managed identities and RBAC in a subscription you don’t own (solid AWS or GCP experience considered)
- Entra ID basics: app registrations, service principals, admin consent
- Linux and networking: firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS and certificates, ports
- Docker, and enough Kubernetes to install and troubleshoot
- Working knowledge of one relational database such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle
- Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting

Strong plus

- Deployments at Indian banks, NBFCs or BFSI clients
- Microsoft 365 and Graph API permissions
- Working through a client’s outsourced IT and security providers (MSP and MSSP) rather than in-house staff
- Security approval work: SIEM log forwarding, endpoint protection whitelisting, firewall change requests
- Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates for packaging deployments the customer’s own team can run
- Windows Server, SMB file shares and NTFS permissions
- Experience at Microsoft partners, Azure managed service providers, or security, PAM, DLP or data-governance vendors, or in core banking implementation (Finacle, FLEXCUBE, BaNCS, FinnOne)
