A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Consultant at Diligent, you'll partner with customers to improve their governance, risk, audit, and compliance processes through the Diligent One platform. You'll lead discovery sessions to understand client needs, design and configure solutions, deliver training, and guide customers through successful adoption. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll help create a seamless customer journey, ensuring solutions deliver lasting value, strong user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and oversee enterprise liquidity strategy and short‐ to medium‐term cash forecasting, driving working‐capital efficiency across the business.
- Architect and manage the global banking landscape, optimizing cash concentration and availability.
- Govern end‐to‐end payments operations with strong controls to ensure secure,



compliant disbursements.
- Own and scale the treasury systems stack, enabling automation, straight‐through processing, and a robust control environment.
- Lead financial risk management and deployment of surplus cash, including FX and interest‐rate hedging per policy, short‐term investments, and counterparty limit oversight.
- Manage the company's debt and capital structure, coordinating lender and ratings‐agency engagement.
- Oversee intercompany funding and cash pooling, administer trade instruments, and drive policy, reporting/KPIs, audit readiness, team leadership, and M&A; treasury integration.
- Strategically oversee AI-driven initiatives in treasury operations, designing programs to optimize workflows and drive organizational efficiency.

Required Experience/Skills

- Progressive experience in Treasury or a related field, along with 7+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a treasury related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cash management, forecasting, and treasury systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI in treasury operations to optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
