We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing clothing brand!

✨ Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, sizes, availability, pricing, and order-related queries.
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch,



and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the brand's reputation.

✅ Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Positive written communication skills for handling emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp.
- A polite, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory.
