Must Have Skills:

- Robust experience administering Apache Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters in enterprise production environments.
- Hands-on expertise in distributed cluster administration, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and operational support.
- Experience designing and supporting replication, high-availability, and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cluster backup, recovery, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing IAM integration, RBAC, encryption, security controls, and CIS-aligned configurations.
- Ability to manage incidents, troubleshoot complex cluster issues, perform root-cause analysis,



and drive corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, operational documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Good to have:

- Experience with enterprise Cassandra and Elasticsearch cluster-monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of automated provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Exposure to enterprise backup and recovery tools for distributed NoSQL platforms.
- Experience supporting regulated environments and formal governance and compliance frameworks.
