? Job Details
- Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates are welcome.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in inbound and outbound calling.
- Shift: Night and rotational shifts, as per business requirements.
- Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a 45-minute break.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
? Key Responsibilities✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance. ✅ Assist with bus ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
✅ Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
✅ Provide accurate information about routes, schedules, fares, and travel services.
✅ Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
✅ Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Required Skills✔️ Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
✔️ Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
