Role Overview

As a Creative Content & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing content and visual assets for Smartkeen Technologies and its business initiatives. You should be comfortable translating complex technology and business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content for a B2B audience.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills, creative design capabilities, research skills, and an understanding of B2B technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

- Develop engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, articles, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Create compelling headlines, hooks, calls to action, and brand narratives.
- Translate complex topics related to AI, SaaS, NetSuite, ERP, automation, and enterprise technology into accessible content.
- Develop content for company websites, service pages, business profiles, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Creative Design & Visual Communication

- Design professional LinkedIn creatives, carousels, infographics, flyers, and other marketing assets.




- Create polished business presentations, company profiles, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
- Use Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar tools to develop branded visual content.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, brand colours, messaging, and visual identity.
- Convert raw information, research, and business inputs into structured and visually compelling content.

B2B Technology Marketing

- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and relevant business topics.
- Develop content around Smartkeen's services, products, technical capabilities, and business solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives for NetSuite consulting, enterprise automation, AI solutions, and SaaS products.
- Understand the needs of business decision-makers and create content that communicates business value.
- Support content development for client and partner marketing initiatives.

Content Strategy & Execution

- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats to improve reach and content efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and technical teams to gather information and develop accurate content.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, and audience response to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage multiple content deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation, content marketing, creative design, or digital marketing.




- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva and professional marketing design.
- Experience creating LinkedIn posts, carousels, marketing creatives, presentations, and business documents.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, and brand consistency.
- Ability to research unfamiliar subjects and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and B2B marketing communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous content, creative design, or marketing work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with B2B technology companies, SaaS businesses, IT services firms, or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, ERP, AI, automation, cloud technology, or enterprise software.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website content, social media analytics, and content performance measurement.
- Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, editing, and creative workflows.
