Overview

Our Digital Technology team’s goal is to leverage technology and data to drive profitable growth with a focus on enhancing customer experience. McCain has embarked on an ambitious digital transformation initiative targeting commercial capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Innovation. As part of this transformation, we are making investments in our digital platforms, technology transformations and an AI-enabled solutions for our commercial organization.

Job Purpose The Product Engineer will play a critical role in driving digital transformation to accelerate application delivery, enhance platform sustainability, and innovate technical architectures. This position is responsible for building scalable, reusable, and secure enterprise solutions and defining the technical roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. Through hands-on leadership, the Product Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technology solutions, proactively evaluate emerging trends, and embed best practices for performance, reliability, and security across all deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

- Partner with commercial sales teams across markets to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for digital solutions.
- Lead the delivery of Salesforce and CRM enhancements and other sales-facing digital tools, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Act as the primary functional liaison between sales stakeholders and the digital delivery team, ensuring solutions are built to spec and on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven capabilities that improve sales productivity and customer experience.
- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management for new digital tools.
- Monitor solution performance post-launch, gather feedback from sales and customers, and drive continuous improvement.




- Ensure all solutions align with McCain's data governance, security, and integration standards.
- Proficiency with JIRA (or similar agile PM tools) for backlog management, epic/story structuring, sprint planning, and translating business requirements into trackable, well-defined user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.

Key Qualification & Experiences

- Salesforce and CRM platform expertise, including configuration, workflow automation, and data model design to support sales processes.
- AI solution development, with working knowledge of applying AI/ML tools (e.g., predictive analytics, GenAI features, chatbots) to commercial use cases.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering, translating commercial sales needs into functional specifications.
- Stakeholder management and communication, able to work confidently with sales teams, customers, and technical developers.
- Project delivery and agile execution, managing timelines, testing cycles, and rollout for digital initiatives.
