- Manage the Property portfolio to achieve profitability and growth objectives while maintaining target loss ratios.
- Ensure timely handling of underwriting referrals and adherence to defined TATs and service standards.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, underwriting guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain risk, premium, and portfolio MIS reports for monitoring and decision-making.
- Conduct training programs and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and other internal/external stakeholders to support business objectives
