Role Description The Career Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding students through their learning and career development journey, including explaining program offerings, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable courses or internships.

The Career Growth

Executive will conduct counseling sessions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of learner interactions and progress. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with training and mentorship teams, addressing learner queries,



and supporting enrollment and retention initiatives. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve student experience and contribute to overall program success.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or education services, preferably within an EdTech or training-focused environment.
- Organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple learners, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Basic understanding of current tech and business career paths, and the ability to explain program options and industry trends clearly.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM or learner management systems to track interactions and outcomes.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or experience in education, psychology, business, or HR is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to sales or student-facing roles is beneficial, along with a strong interest in helping learners grow and succeed.
