About the Role

Algotale Inc. is expanding its IT staffing and recruitment operations in the US market and is looking for a proactive, research-oriented BDE Intern to support client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify US-based companies actively hiring for IT and technology roles.
- Research target companies and generate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Identify decision-makers, including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CTOs.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and company websites.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and consistent follow-ups.
- Engage prospects, nurture leads, book meetings, and support lead-to-client conversion.
- Maintain prospect databases,



CRM records, and sales pipeline reports.

Requirements
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research, analytical, and lead generation abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in B2B sales, IT staffing, recruitment, and US-market business development.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
