Role Description This full-time, in office Business Development Associate role is based in Chennai and focuses on expanding SkyWire Broadcast’s customer base and market presence. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand client segments and competitors, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.

The Business Development

Associate will prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations, support proposal development, and follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical and sales teams,



documenting client interactions in CRM tools, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and customer en gagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within AV, broadcast, or technology solutions, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and use CRM or sales productivity tools effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
