? We’re Hiring: Academic Counsellors / Senior Sales Associates

? Location: Hyderabad

? What Will You Do?

Engage with students and parents through consultative sales conversations.

Drive outbound and follow-up calls and manage the sales pipeline.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Build strong relationships and communicate product value.

Drive conversions and contribute directly to business growth.

? What Are We Looking For?

Strong sales acumen and a result-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills.





Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Proficiency in CRM/sales tools.

EdTech sales experience is mandatory (K-12 EdTech / Test Prep preferred).

Bachelor’s degree and own device.

Current fixed CTC must be above ₹6 LPA.

? Compensation:

Up to ₹10 LPA CTC

✅ ₹7 LPA Fixed

? ₹3 LPA Performance-Linked Incentives

?️ Language Requirement: Telugu / Hindi (English is mandatory)

? Work Mode: Work From Office

? Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
