About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of an established HVAC and air-conditioning business in Vapi, Gujarat.

This is a leadership opportunity for a professional who can take end-to-end ownership of branch performance, drive business growth, lead cross-functional teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational and financial efficiency.

The ideal candidate will combine robust business acumen with practical experience in HVAC, commercial air conditioning, industrial cooling or related engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end responsibility for branch operations, business performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead sales, service, project execution and operational teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets.
- Monitor branch budgets, sales performance, collections, costs and profitability.




- Ensure timely project execution, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop and manage employees while maintaining operational discipline.
- Coordinate with senior management on business planning, performance reviews and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, commercial cooling, industrial refrigeration, MEP or related engineering industries.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales leadership, service operations or branch management.
- Strong team leadership, customer management and commercial decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions and take independent ownership of business outcomes.
- Prior experience managing a branch, region, business unit or a sizeable cross-functional team will be an advantage.

Compensation
