Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BFSI insurance role based in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, explaining suitable products, and supporting them through policy selection, documentation, and post-sales service. Daily tasks include coordinating with insurance providers and brokerage partners, handling queries related to policy terms and advantages, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications and renewals.

The position requires maintaining detailed records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines,



and meeting service quality and productivity targets. Team members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, participate in regular training on products and processes, and contribute to improving customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Insurance and Finance, with an understanding of BFSI concepts and insurance products.
- Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage, including coordinating with insurers and handling policy documentation.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, explaining policies, and resolving queries.
- Ability to work accurately with data, maintain records, and follow regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Comfort with using basic office software and digital tools to manage customer information and policy workflows.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant educational background in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
