About the Role The Business Analyst / Technical Writer will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team for the UIDAI Sandbox project. This role will gather and analyze requirements, document functional and technical specifications, and produce user manuals, API documentation, and compliance guidelines. The individual will ensure clarity and coherence in all project documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze project requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Develop clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare user manuals, API reference guides, integration documentation, and compliance checklists.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure proper documentation coverage.
- Support training programs and knowledge transfer documentation.

Educational Qualification





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Technical Writing is a plus.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical documentation.
- Experience in software development projects, preferably related to digital identity, authentication, or government platforms.

Primary Skills

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Confluence, JIRA).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Secondary Skills

- Valuable communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of identity management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
