Get Marketed is looking for a design-focused Branding Project Manager who understands branding, has a strong creative sensibility and enjoys working with both clients and creative teams.

The role involves managing branding projects end to end, maintaining transparent client communication, coordinating with designers and ensuring that projects are executed smoothly while staying aligned with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Manage branding projects from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met.
- Client Communication: Lead client meetings, understand requirements, communicate progress, manage feedback and maintain strong client relationships.
- Creative Coordination: Translate client requirements and creative direction into clear briefs and ensure designers understand the vision behind each project.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with in-house and freelance designers, allocate tasks, track progress and coordinate revisions.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure deliverables align with the approved brief, maintain project documentation and oversee timely final handovers.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, resolve day-to-day project issues and manage client expectations professionally.

Requirements

- Background in Graphic Design,



Communication Design or Visual Communication.
- Experience in a branding agency, design studio or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, logo development, typography, colour systems and visual communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in client meetings, presentations and professional correspondence.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools, preferably Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines design understanding with strong people skills. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of brand psychology, human psychology and consumer behaviour, enabling them to understand client perspectives, ask the right questions and communicate creative decisions effectively.

They should be proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused and comfortable taking ownership of projects while working closely with clients and creative teams.

Reporting Structure The Branding Project Manager will report to the Head of Branding and work closely with the design team and freelance creative resources.
