Inside Solution is looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible professional who can manage day-to-day banking operations coordination while supporting our accounts, purchase, inventory, and technical teams.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, coordinate across departments, and ensure that work gets completed on time.

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate banking projects related to Fire Safety department.
- Maintain stock records and reconcile material received, issued, installed, and returned.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for purchase orders, supplier bills, and material delivery.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), outstanding payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), vendor payments, invoices, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily operational and pending-work reports.
- Act as a bridge between the accounts, purchase, technical teams, and top management.

? Our Ideal Candidate





- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, operations, or coordination preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, AR/AP, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in CCTV, fire safety, security systems, or banking projects will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working full time on-site.
