- Advance Adjustment, Deduction of Retention, Hold of Amount for reconciliation, Preparing Certificate of Payment
- Material Testing, Material Checking and Material Reconciliation
- Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Quality Check, Performing Rate Analysis
- Preparation of BOQ which lists in detail, all the individual work components of the projects
- Participate in review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports as required
- To ensure labour compliance are fulfilled by the contractors.
- The candidate must have sound working Knowledge of MSP, CAD and Revit Software.
