- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes related to Data Build Tool environments.
