Project Role : AI / ML Engineer

Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Agentic AI

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based services. The role requires integrating various AI models into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. Daily activities may include developing solutions that incorporate generative artificial intelligence models, deep learning techniques, neural networks, and other AI-driven components such as chatbots and image processing tools.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI applications is also a key aspect of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with AI application pipelines and production-grade system design.
- Ability to work with various AI tools including chatbots, image processing, and natural language processing techniques.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
