AI Content & Social Growth Manager (Travel)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an all-round content creator to own our social media presence and drive platform growth through engaging, high-quality content.

You will use AI tools to work faster and build efficient content workflows, but the content must look and feel authentic and be worth watching. We are not looking for generic, AI-generated filler. We want content that captures attention, builds trust, and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels and carousels that people watch, save, and share, using real footage, actual app screens, and compelling hooks.
- Use AI tools and workflows for scripting, editing, captions, design, and scheduling.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Grow followers, reach, engagement, and app installs through content and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute monthly campaigns within an agreed budget.
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with travel influencers and travel agencies, and close brand collaborations.
- Track content performance and share weekly reports covering reach, engagement, saves, and app installs.

Requirements




- A proven track record of creating Reels and carousels that perform well.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva.
- Solid Hinglish and English writing and speaking skills, with the ability to create natural, human-sounding hooks.
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to identify and improve generic, low-quality, or fake-looking content.
- Confidence in meetings and calls with content creators, influencers, and travel agency owners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a travel agency or tour operator.
- Existing relationships with travel creators, influencers, or travel agencies.
- An existing personal audience or track record as a content creator.

- Fully remote work.
- Monthly compensation of ₹30,000–₹50,000, depending on experience.
