Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role involves assisting in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, tax-related documentation,



and preparing financial reports for management. The Accountant will also help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), MS Excel, and basic ERP tools.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role, preferably in an IT or consulting environment.
