Savvy HRMS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage outstanding collections and ensure timely recovery of payments.
- Conduct regular payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processing.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer account reconciliation.
- Record bookkeeping transactions and pass accurate journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
- Support payroll accounting by maintaining payroll-related financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and account statements.
- Assist during internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in outstanding collection and payment follow-ups.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
