We build the strategy, write the scripts, brief the shoots, guide the edits and read the numbers every week, so what goes out sounds like our clients, reaches the right people and moves their business forward. The Role: You’ll own the organic content engine for our clients, with Instagram as the main platform. That means:
• Building each client’s positioning, content pillars and strategy around their offer, ICP and beliefs
• Interviewing clients, pulling the insights worth making content about, and turning them into scripts in their voice
• Researching proven hooks, formats, viral patterns and topics in each niche before writing anything
• Briefing shoots and edits clearly enough that no one needs to follow up
• Reading the numbers every week and changing the plan when the data says so This role grows into lead strategist: owning our personal branding wing and leading a team of creatives under you. About You
• You understand personal branding to the core: how a person gets known for something,



builds trust, and turns attention into inbound
• You’re a sharp copywriter who knows what works on organic Instagram right now, and why
• You have taste, and you notice the nuances: the word that sounds scripted, the pause that makes a hook land
• Voice matching comes naturally. You write how founders actually talk, not how you do
• You know hook rate, retention, saves and shares, and which one you’re writing for before you start
• You’ve helped grow real people’s accounts and results, and you have live videos to show for it
• You can handle multiple clients without the quality slipping, and you flag problems before anyone notices What You Get Full freedom and autonomy.
