3 Operations roles, APAC | CHG-MERIDIAN | Mumbai ₹3.5–6 LPA | 1–3 years | Full-time, permanent Jobuss Resources is hiring for CHG-MERIDIAN, the global technology leasing company, for its APAC operations team. There is one opening in each role. Operations Specialist, APAC Manages new business for customers on a master agreement: preparing lease documents, handling the admin for new leases, and serving customers and suppliers by phone and email. Operations Specialist – End of Lease (EOL), APAC Manages assets and contracts during and at the end of a lease: in-life and end-of-lease queries, credits and refunds, invoicing advice, and front-line customer service. AR/AP experience is a plus. Asset Processing Specialist, APAC Captures asset and customer data from supplier invoices before each lease is contracted (DocX, LAS, tesma), and is the main point of contact for suppliers. In all three roles you will
• Work accurately and with fast turnaround
• Handle calls and email cases within SLA
• Work with Sales, Operations,



Finance & Cash Operations, customers and suppliers
• Spot and suggest process improvements What you need
• 1–3 years in an operations, finance, banking, services or commercial role
• Experience with workflow queues, data processing and CRM, plus a customer service background
• Strong Excel and Word skills, sharp attention to detail, and clear written and spoken English
• First class in SSC and HSC, and a stable work history
• B.
Com, MBA (Finance), Inter CA or CA preferred
• Valuable to have: leasing or finance industry experience, financial transaction processing, an APAC language

Working hours
8 AM start, 9-hour day, Saturdays when needed. We're looking for people who plan to stay 3+ years.
